Homemade Parties curates lovingly-styled DIY parties to inspire you to DIY your own. Anyone can throw a meaningful and stylish bash, so go ahead and make one yourself! All you need is a little bit of effort, a lot of love, and of course, a blog that will provide you with easy-to-do ideas and a showcase of real homemade parties to prove it can be done!
Homemade Parties also provides party planning hobbyists (like me!) with a venue to showcase their labor of love. Sayang naman any inyong pinagpuyatan kung Facebook friends mo lang ang makakakita 😬, so feel free to share your party with us by tagging us in Instagram or Facebook. It doesn’t really matter if your photos are not professionally taken – we’re a DIY site after all. In this day of camera phones, anyone can take pretty pictures.
You’re probably thinking, “it’s just another party blog!” I’d like to think that what sets HMP apart is, aside from celebrating the special occasion, our features also celebrate the effort that went behind the DIY party preparations – because, after all, it really is a labor of love! We also like to feature relatable parties on the blog. You know, the ones that make you say #partygoals, but at the same time, does not intimidate you with over-the-top styling. Because if these DIY moms (and dads, sisters, friends, etc) can do it, so can you!
What are you waiting for? Have a crack at DIYing and share your party with us! Please visit this page for DIY party submission details.
Here in HMP, we hope to inspire you to create beautiful memories with your homemade parties.
A little bit more about me before you join the party…
I’m Monica and I’m a party enthusiast. I love entertaining at home and celebrating life’s little moments. I’m also a wannabe Martha Stewart who hasn’t baked a cake in years, a romantic at heart who prefers suspense thrillers over romcoms, and…my favourite description of myself thus far, a (relatively) newbie homemaker and first-time mom devoting my everyday to my boys, J & L (well, and now this blog!)
Come join me too in Misis Homemaker and let’s exchange thoughts on motherhood, marriage and making the house a home.
