Who’s in for another great adventure today? We definitely are as we head to Camp Pierre’s fun-filled bash. Teepees, boho sticks, vintage lamps and trail mixes were all around today’s camping-inspired homemade party. Thanks to mommy Keke and the rest of the family, this party has every single detail that would make every little boy scout’s dream come true! So go ahead and explore; enjoy these photos and earn your next DIY party merit badge!
Mommy Keke shares: “My favorite parts were the Sweets Station and our giveaways – the survival kits and hobo sticks. The kit contains, aside from candies, a flashlight, whistle, band aids, gauze and alcohol which can be used as basic emergency tools. The kit itself was sewn by a relative, as well as the printing of the logo design. I used a bamboo stick and a bandana for the hobo sticks, which were filled with candies. Inspired by various party blogs, we were able to make our own candy bar. I ordered some of the goodies online while some candies were bought from a nearby market. We collected cut tree trunks to highlight the theme and used tin cans as containers, aside from jars. It was also fun naming/labeling the goodies too!”
