20 Party Venues to Consider: Northern Manila

1. 500 SHAW ZENTRUM (Mandaluyong). Housed on top of a lifestyle mall along Shaw Boulevard, 500 Shaw Centrum Pavilion can cater to social events with small groups of 100 and as much as 800 guests for weddings, corporate events and trade shows.

2. CAI EVENTS PLACE (Pasig). Tucked away on an unassuming building along C5 road is an events place that can cater to weddings, debuts, corporate events and more intimate parties like birthdays and baptisms. Book the size of venue halls you need depending on your number of guests.

3. EUGENIO LOPEZ CENTER (Antipolo). You might know ELC as a venue for team-buildings, seminars and other corporate activities, but it now also caters to social events like birthday parties. It is also a favorite “prep venue” for those getting married in the Rizal area.

4. THE GARDEN HIVE (Antipolo). It’s a venue usually used for weddings and debuts but some have already held kiddie parties and christenings here.  It has a neutral backdrop and interiors that’s perfect for decorating.

5. GREENHILLS WEST CLUBHOUSE (San Juan). Yet another party venue in the Greenhills area, this clubhouse can accommodate as much as 250 guests.

6. THE GROVE by ROCKWELL (Pasig). Consider having your next party in one of the function rooms of Rockwell’s The Grove. The function room has a large capacity but can be subdivided for smaller intimate parties.

7. INDUSTRIYA MARIKINA (Marikina). Industriya is a relatively new restaurant in Marikina offering varied cuisines. For a consumable fee, you can book their function rooms that can accommodate 20, 40 and 80 pax as well as their event hall that can accommodate up to 250 guests.

8. LA STANZA (Marikina). La Stanza is an events and lifestyle club with function rooms that have high ceilings and elegant interiors.

9. NORTH GREENHILLS CLUBHOUSE (San Juan). Like in most village clubhouses, endorsement from a villager is required to book this social hall. There are also several other venues in the park, including a gazebo for intimate parties of 80 pax, but it is exclusive for resident use.

10. NORTHEAST GREENHILLS CLUBHOUSE (San Juan). Yup, don’t get confused. There’s two clubhouses of almost similar names. You’ll love this one for it’s high ceilings and overlooking gardens.

• Where: La Salle Street, North East Greenhills Village, San Juan

11. OASIS MANILA (San Juan). To quote their official description…”Located at the heart of the city jungle is this secret garden with lush greenery, idyllic ponds and cool breezes to make intimate affairs and grand parties special.” Choose from their different venue halls including a lush garden setting.

12. ONE CAFÉ and EVENTS PLACE (Pasig). Choose from their cafe that can accommodate up to 80 pax, events place that can accommodate from 100 to 400 pax, or their lounge that can accommodate 150 pax and you’re set for a party in the hear of Ortigas.

13. PALLADIUM CLUBHOUSE (Mandaluyong). Located just at the front of this posh Mandaluyong village is a clubhouse you can rent for your parties. Choose between the function room or poolside, depending on your party’s theme.

14. PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE AUDITORIUM (Pasig). Also known as Tektite Towers, this party venue already comes with a stage (it is an auditorium after all!) that’s perfect for your kiddie party programs.

15. RENAISSANCE CONVENTION CENTER (Marikina). This convention center close to the Riverbanks boasts of several function halls/rooms that can cater to your different needs, be it a big event such as a wedding or a relatively small one like a kiddie party.

16. SPACES by BABYLAND (Mandaluyong). Housed in the second floor of the Babyland store, Spaces by Babyland is an intimate venue that can comfortably cater to approximately 50 adults and 20 kids. It is a perfect venue for Christening parties as it has a private lounge that can serve as a nursery and breastfeeding area. It also has a mini play area for your tiny tots.

17. ST. FRANCIS, SHANGRI-LA PLACE (Mandaluyong). This function room is located in one of the twin-tower condominiums in Ortigas.

18-20. VALLE VERDE CLUBHOUSES (Pasig). Most, if not all, of the Valle Verde villages have a clubhouse that’s available for rent. They are usually open to outsiders, but with a higher rental fee.
